Since its establishment in 1948, the Modern Languages Department at Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca has been dedicated to enhancing the international communication skills of future healthcare professionals. The department currently offers instruction in English, French, German, and Romanian as a Foreign Language.

PTo support the professional development of faculty members, healthcare professionals, current students, and prospective students of our university, the Modern Languages Department provides language proficiency testing services leading to the award of a Language Proficiency Certificate in English, French, German, or Romanian. Certification is granted upon successful completion of both a written and an oral examination.
